Manipulative Exploration at Perot Museum

Reflective of free-choice learning, these activities are drop-in style allowing for guests to come and go as they choose. Manipulatives, or table toys, include stackable building blocks, magnetic shapes, LEGO® DUPLO®, sorting shapes and colors, lacing activities, and many other hands-on activities. These are all designed specifically to build fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, visual and pattern recognition, ability to compare and contrast, following directions and sequences, creative thinking, and problem solving. Designed for children under 5 and their adult companions.
